Annual Membership Dues

TCA Family Entertainers meetings are usually on the 3rd Monday of the month from September until June. In some months, the meeting date will deviate from this schedule, usually to accommodate a holiday. There are no meetings in July or August. For the full Calendar of meetings Click Here.

2023-2024 Membership Rates

Membership period begins September 30, 2023 & ends September 30, 2024

Regular Membership: $60  
Senior Membership: $40
Additional Family Member (living at same address): $30

Registration after April 1, 2024 – Special Package Deal:

Membership + Insurance Apr 1, 2024 – Sept 30, 2024 
Half price ($30 + $87.50) = $117.50

Membership + Insurance Sept 30, 2024 – Sept 30, 2025 
Pre-pay ($60 + $175) = $235.00 

Total cost of special package deal for 2023-2025 = $352.50 

Membership & Entertainers Insurance 

Membership includes attending meetings free of charge, unless otherwise specified. Guests fees are usually $20.00 per meeting.

Only members are eligible to purchase TCA Family Entertainers Group Liability Insurance with $5,000,000 Coverage. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Registration forms can be downloaded or picked up at any TCAFE meeting. All members, including family members residing at same address, must complete and sign a separate form.

Completed and signed forms can be submitted along with payment by mail or in person at any TCAFE meeting. Pay by cheque, money order (payable to TCA Family Entertainers), or cash at a meeting (do not mail cash!).

All TCAFE members must submit a clear police check, or vulnerable sector police check to validate insurance coverage.
